Taking Notes

I just ran across an article posted on a blog designed to make one a note-taking expert. Economic development is dependant on higher education and the labor force gaining new skills to become somewhat of an expert. Economic development should support higher education with things like our Hickman County higher education focused website, www.highereducation.hickmantn.org (from which I found that article.) The great thing is that the next time I am listening to an economic development expert, I’ll be able to take better notes!
